This stock is thin, light weight, and flexible. It is a translucent stock has a smooth surface and is slightly cloudy, only available for single sided design. Your design will be expressed in foil (should not include any shading or gradients- not available for ink). By the different foiling process on this plastic, Foiling is recommended only for simple text, graphics and lines to avoid issues with oxidation or peeling. Wide foiling area is not recommended. Foiling file should show area for foiling denoted in 100% black on a white background.

While frosty plastic cards are with foiling only without printing, the other plastic cards are by UV printing which is waterproof and the material doesn’t tear. This stock is best suited for minimal designs as all design will be translated in foil.

Tips:
    1. No color ink will be printed
    2. Text font size for foiling should be bigger than 9pt.
    3. Foiling finishing option area should not be too thin nor too wide.
    4. MorningPrint will inform client if any issue with foiling possibility.
