Q: Could you please provide a brief history of your
company and the type of services you offer?
A: House of Hue is actually a brand new full
service digital design house producing graphics for
US television groups and corporate clients. The founder has been
designing for RockWaterFarm for over a decade and is excited to have them as
one of our first official clients.
Q : Your design is subtle but eye catching at the same time,
can you go through your design process with us?
A:For this we wanted our cards to reflect the
materials that RockWaterFarm uses everyday, simple and strong elements that
work together for a beautiful exterior.
Q : You chose to apply the "Raised
Ink" finishing to add texture to your card, why not go with
another finishing option such as embossing?
A: I choose the raised ink actually just
because it was a new technique that I had been wanting to try out. Its actually
the main reason I choose MorningPrint.
I wanted the design to be about texture and how it plays such a big part in the
look and feel of a project. Being able to feel the texture of the slate card in
your hand captures both the visual and tactile senses and holds longer with the
client.
Q: What made you opt for the rounded
corners?
A: We choose the rounded corners to again
reflect the stone, like a rock you hold in your hand, no sharp corners but
rounded with time and experience.
Q:Did you
consider other stock options or was it always going to be Heavy
Silky Matte paper for you from the start?
A:For me it was always the heavy
silk matte, I like the feeling of quality from the heavier
papers.
Q : How did you find MorningPrint
and what led you to decide to use us for your printing needs?
A: I actually found MorningPrint
while scouring the internet for a printer that would do the pvc
texture printing. And I am so glad we found you!
Q : How has your experience with MorningPrint been
thus far?
A: Great! Beautiful quality and always arrives
faster than expected.
Q : Any other thoughts or suggestions you would like MorningPrint
to know?
A: Nothing yet, but I'll let you know if
anything comes up!
